Cobb Group Limited is proudly a New Zealand business. We are committed to providing an excellent level of service to all customers. If you have any questions, please don’t hesitate to contact us. We also welcome customer emails and feedback at info@cobb.co.nz which we will respond to promptly.

Reservation Terms and Conditions: Internet e-mail reservations must be made at least one day in advance, however, bookings made over the phone can be made immediately.
Handling Complaints
Cobb Group Limited and the store management team deal with complaints effectively, in a fair, confidential, and speedy manner. We endeavour to respond to all complaints within five working days.
Pricing
Prices are in New Zealand Dollars and include Goods and Services Tax within New Zealand.
Payment
Payments can be made by credit card (VISA or MasterCard) or by Internet Banking. We only accept New Zealand credit cards.
Delivery Policy
Delivery of our goods are immediate. Once payment is complete the purchaser has immediate access to purchased goods (gift vouchers and deals) by way of email or PDF print.
Website Security
All of our transactions take place in a secure environment and we follow strict security procedures in the storage and disclosure of information that you have given us, to prevent unauthorised access. The website registers each individual with their e-mail address and a password – both of which you provide. You are entirely responsible if you do not maintain the confidentiality of your ID and password. You are entirely responsible for all activities that occur under your user ID and password. If there has been any unauthorised use of your user ID or any breach of security known to you, you must inform us immediately.
Processing Methods
Cobb Group Limited has selected Paystation as our third-party provider. Paystation is a Paymark Certified Solutions Provider that specialises in payment enabling technologies for eCommerce applications, making payment processing easy and lowering the technology entry level and cost. Paystation also meet the ongoing requirements for participation in the programme. This means that we have proven our ability to provide payment solutions that meet the high standards required by New Zealand banks.
Third-Party (hosted) Processing
This secure HTTP interface allows you to provide the most secure method of payments processing for customer-facing eCommerce sites. Whilst protecting your customer’s private details it also allows you to participate in the Verified by Visa and MasterCard Secure code fraud reduction schemes, saving you money on some of the risks of chargebacks. Cancellation and Refund Policy
Once your order has been made through our online purchase system you cannot cancel it. If you wish to refund your purchase you must contact Cobb Group Head Office within five business days to arrange a refund for gift vouchers or Cobb deals. All vouchers and deals must still be within their non-expiry dates.
